Money Museum

There is a new museum in downtown Lisbon that deserves to be known. The Money Museum has turned the former church of S. Julião into a lively place for knowledge and leisure.

In addition to Banco de Portugal’s numismatic, notaphilic and artistic collection, this museum space shows different forms of money and explains its history and the role it plays in the transformation of societies.

With free admission, from Wednesday to Saturday, between 10 am and 6 pm.
